figuring it out

so i've been doing alot of research and it looks as if the whole thing will be DIY, just me and my friends.

i went to the zoming office today. i found out my water table is in the clear by far(yay, no pool floating out of the ground here). i found out that in my area a pool needs to be 25' from roadside property lines and 6' from other peoples property lines. this is no problem for what i'm gonna do. i also will have to build a pool fence around it even though i am doing a 6' privacy fence around my property lines.

i have calculated estimated costs to be around $10,000-$12,000. i will have about $7,000. so i need to come with some fundraising.
