volcano!!!when ordering concrete it is a guessing game, it's better to over order. which we did, so we formed up quarter/volcano fire pit to not waste any leftover concrete.<div><a where to start? we shot today. the day started off early, 7am!!pump truck showed at 7am and we started putting hoses together. compressor shows up and by 7:50 we were ready.<div> first truck shows at 8am right on time, we have a second truck scheduled to be an hour and fifteen minutes later. the first truck has no rock! none! they sent out mortar mix!! a quick call in to the concrete company and they admit mistake. they say they have another truck sent out immediately. we have to clean out the pump lines while waiting to avoid clogs. finally at 9:40 we get a truck. the mud is good.</div><div> there are ten yards in the truck and we got the whole shallow shot and a flashing of a little bit of the deep. the whole ten yards is shot in just over an hour and going great.</div><div> so, the third truck shows up and we start shooting the deep end. the mix is very wet and full of large agregate. we have to take breaks for walls to stiffen up as we go. we get the deep end fully shot and everything cut. </div><div> this process is awesome! the nozzle has soo much pressure! we had blockers at the top of the bowl holding plywood but when the missed rock would shoot super far, once or twice hitting my neighbors house! and once hitting hippy in the face.</div><div> thanks so much to everyone that helped!!</div><div>we came in at a total of 20 yards for all the walls. we will be doing flat mon. or tues.<br /><a onblur="try {parent.deselectBloggerImageGracefully();} catch(e) {}" href="http://i2.photobucket.com/albums/y14/kingpat/SANY0099-1.jpg"><img style="float:left; margin:0
